Halloween

Our day of Halloween started off with both the kids going to Preschool for their Halloween parties. Riot school starts at 9:30 so he was up bright and early and got into his costume.  We were getting ready to leave and he said his belly hurt, so I asked him if he wanted to stay home from school but he thought that was the dumbest idea ever.  So he went to school as Captain America.  I pulled up to get him after school and I could tell he didn't feel good, so I got him home and told him he better lay down for a nap so he could feel better for that night.  Long story short the poor little guy slept for hours then woke up puking so he couldn't go trick or treating. I felt so sad for him, he was so bummed.  So me and Tayvia headed out and filled both their buckets with candy.  Her little costume turned out so cute.  I still need to take a few pictures of Riot in his costume and I will share soon.  He did make a cute Captain America for the couple hours he was in it.

School kids

These cute kiddies started preschool this week.  They are going to different schools this year so it's funny to hear them try to make their school seem so much cooler than the other.

4th of July at the JOHN's!

The week of the 4th was crazy busy at our house. All of Eric's family was in town and  we had a week full of fun.  We started out Monday with a girls day while the guys took all the kids to play for the day.  We were pampered by Eric's mom, she hired a massage therapist to come to my house and give us all a massage.  It was heaven! We enjoyed going to the Temple all together, lot's of BBQ's, jumping off the bridge in our back yard, slip n slide, cat tail maze, riding bikes, and eating lots of food.  We had 37 mouths to feed for each meal. It was great Eric got to spend time with his brothers he doesn't get to see very often.  The week of fun is over now the work begins as we start the structure on the garage. Wish us luck! Here's a few pics from the week.
